We replace items if they are defective or damaged. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your nominated method of payment, within 3 days.
Alternatively, you can simply exchange your item and we will post a new one out to you with a free gift.
Sale items Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded but will be replaced if damaged or faulty.
Our refund policy lasts 30 days from date of purchase.
